SUSPENSION OF CASE RESOLUTION

ĐÌNH CHỈ GIẢI QUYẾT VỤ ÁN

Pursuant to Articles 48, 217, 218, 219 and Clause 2, Article 273 of the Civil Procedure Code;

Căn cứ vào các điều 48, 217, 218, 219 và khoản 2 Điều 273 của Bộ luật tố tụng dân sự;

After studying the case file of the first-instance civil case;

Sau khi nghiên cứu hồ sơ vụ án dân sự sơ thẩm;

Considering that: The plaintiff – Q Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) filed an application to withdraw all lawsuit claims against the defendant – Mr. ⟨N1⟩. The plaintiff's withdrawal of the application is entirely voluntary and should be accepted.

Xét thấy: Nguyên đơn – Ngân hàng TMCP Q (MB) có đơn xin rút toàn bộ yêu cầu khởi kiện đối với bị đơn – ông ⟨N1⟩. Việc rút đơn của nguyên đơn là hoàn toàn tự nguyện cần được chấp nhận.

1. To suspend the resolution of civil case docket No.: 948/2026/TLST-DS dated August 28, 2026 regarding: "Dispute over Credit Contract" between:

2. Consequences of suspending the case resolution: Refund to Q Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) the amount of 300,000 VND paid as first-instance civil court fee advance, which the Bank paid under receipt No. 0004755 dated August 27, 2026 at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Region 4 - Hanoi.

2. Hậu quả của việc đình chỉ giải quyết vụ án: Hoàn trả lại Ngân hàng TMCP Q (MB) 300.000 đồng tiền tạm ứng án phí dân sự sơ thẩm, Ngân hàng đã nộp tại biên lai số 0004755 ngày 27/08/2026 tại Phòng thi hành án dân sự khu vực 4 - Hà Nội.

3. The litigants have the right to appeal, and the People's Procuracy at the same level has the right to protest against this decision within 07 days from the date of receipt of the decision or from the date the decision is posted in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.

3. Đương sự có quyền kháng cáo, Viện kiểm sát cùng cấp có quyền kháng nghị quyết định này trong thời hạn 07 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được quyết định hoặc kể từ ngày quyết định được niêm yết theo quy định của Bộ luật tố tụng dân sự.
